How to preserve black truffle?
To ensure you enjoy the exquisite aroma and flavor of truffles at their best, follow these simple recommendations:
- Wrap the truffle in clean, dry kitchen paper.
- Place it in an airtight glass container.
- Keep it refrigerated between 2°C and 4°C.
- Briefly open the container once or twice a day to let the truffle “breathe”.
- Change the kitchen paper every 2–3 days.
- For full enjoyment, we recommend consuming the truffle within the next 7–10 days.
